Step 2. Personalized Therapy Sessions
Through ongoing, confidential 50-minute sessions, we’ll create a tailored treatment plan designed around your unique needs. Using evidence-based therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, we’ll work together toward meaningful progress and practical tools for everyday life.
